Dewar’s Inn On the River

Using another service I found this to be in the right area and with a high rating.
What a pleasant surprise on arriving. Room facing the St Lawrence River. A continuous deck accommodating a couple of gas bbqs, tables and chairs for each room, a small kitchen area (fridge, microwave, coffee maker sink), gas fireplace, etc!
On turning the cover of the bed we found a mint on each pillow. Such a lovely treat in addition to the clean well kept establishment.
A pro or con is the no children in parts of the Inn, not sure if in all parts.
Strict no smoking in no smoking rooms (not sure if smoking rooms exist as we are not smokers).
Beyond the deck are terraced gardens down to the water’s edge. In the morning a generous continental breakfast is included.
