Although I live in Boston we registered for our wedding china here as their prices were the most reasonable and they had the largest selection of Gien that we could find. All of our dealings with the boutique (and with Eric, the proprietor) have been easy and pleasant. When we realized that we’d be visiting Quebec City I was happy to finally visit the store in person.
If you are in the area make Claude Berry a priority — they have gorgeous china and linens and the service and prices are excellent.

tableware, dinnerware, art.. with love.
was dragged in by the friend i was with, didn’t leave until i got a «Little Prince» vase — charming, heart warming, and expensive.
the salesman loves the art, appreciates the handwork put into each item.
everything in the store is either hand-painted or hand-printed, and made either in Quebec or France.
NOT cheap. this is not the place to buy souvenirs to the neighbor who picked your mail.
