Hatley Store though is a franchise with numerous stores in North America but still a fun place to browse.
They have playful and interesting generic kitchen wares, clothing and some local souvenir.
Good thing is most of the items are decent quality. My travel mates ended up picking up something from here.

Stopped here just to look… great store some pj, cooking stuff, souvenirs etc. cute stuff makes a great place to look for the gift for the hard to shop for person. Stop here and check it out. Prices are reasonable and the staff very friendly, attentive.

Have to say, I wish they had one of these in Ottawa. I’d buy all baby gifts here.
We walked in without anything in particular in mind, and I found it hard to decide what to buy because I wanted to one of everything for my neice.
Store was clean, well organized, and the staff very friendly.
