Izba Spa

I came here while in Quebec City for a weekend and can recommend for a relaxing break. I booked a massage over the phone, they were very friendly and gave me info on what to expect. On arrival, you receive a key to a locker in changing room downstairs, where a robe is ready for you. There is a sauna and jacuzzi in the changing room, and some lounge chairs and juice upstairs (mixed sex area). My massage therapist was Julie, she was very nice and attentive — would definitely go back next time I am in town again.

Les installations sont belles mais le service est nul et non professionnel.
Premièrement je suis arrivée 5 minutes de retard faute de stationnement. Hey oui! Le stationnement est dans la rue. On m’a dit que vu mon retard j’ai manqué mon rendez-​vous pour le massage et bref on m’a fait un gros sermont. On nous offre aucune bouteille d’eau. Il faut les acheter.
La massothérapeute allait d’une main un peu trop forte et l’enrobage de chocolat un peu trop chaud.
Les bains et sauna sont bien. Par contre attendez-​vous à voir parfois des surprises. Quand je suis allée, il y avait une fille dans le hamman qui avait les seins nus.
Une dernière chose! Prenez un forfait avant d’y aller car ça monte vite à la carte.

I came here with a friend and we had an amazing time. They have very clean and nice facilities and are located fairly close to the Old Town area.
The staff was friendly and spoke english. They explained everything about the spa and were nice and inviting. They had some good food prior to the service and a charming waiting area. The massages were great and the mineral baths were very relaxing.
Would definitely recommend this place. Five stars.
