Le Gym Spa

I had an absolutely wonderful 90-​minute «Esalen» massage with Josee. She was excellent and intuitive with exactly what I needed. It was a nice blend of relaxation movements, stretching, rocking and therapeutic massage with oils. She pinpointed the neck and back areas where I needed more pressure and stayed clear of the areas I told her were tender and sensitive. In other words, she was very client-​focused and listened and was extremely intuitive with my needs. Her hands have a warm healing energy, the massage table is heated and very comfortable and I found myself in such a deep state of relaxation that I was falling asleep at times. I strongly recommend this Spa (as well as the hotel & everything about it) and Josee as an incredible Masseuse! $ 150/​90-​minutes was well worth the way you’ll feel after this perfect indulgence!
