This felt like Brooklyn, but in the best possible way. Great quality, good beers, wood and chalkboards. This was one of the first places we stopped on our trip to Quebec. There we had some sausages over sauerkraut and the owner sat with us and discussed our plans for the trip. She was incredibly nice and we were lucky we came here so early. It was also one of the last places we stopped. Got some dried sausages to take home.

Bons saucisses variés(bcp de choix pour tabasco aussi!), prix raisonnable pour un hot-dog copieux et delicieux. Si on avait le droite de boire la bière sur place… :P(mais on peut acheter la bière en cannette par exemple)

Wow. Amazing. This place seemed to be one of the newest restaurants on St Joseph Rue(the coolest, most real streets in all of Quebec City). This place offers the best gourmet hot dogs(sausage). My wife and I got the Le Warner and it was the best sausage we’ve ever eaten. The service was great and you can get the combo(chips and a drink) for cheap.
