Okay so my last hair dresser quit Chatters Hair South and so I started seeing a new hair dresser at Chatters Bower Mall– her name is Noon and all I can say is WOW she is the very best ever… cuts my hair exactly as I like it and does my brows as well. Carry on and Nice

Usually have good service but this time I spent almost $ 200 and hated my hair. The girl didn’t do anything I asked for and one color didn’t even show in my hair. Told her I was upset and didn’t like it. She said she would take $ 20 off but that’s it. Still ended up spending $ 187 and then had to go elsewhere for a corrective color. Very unfriendly and seemed uneducated in the industry. Won’t be going back.

Came here in June for highlites, I was booked with Kayla who was new there. She was very professional and sweet. I felt really comfortable with her.
The prices are quite good, I paid around $ 95 for my highlites.
I will be going back again at the end of the week for my grow out. Will update my review then :)

i walked in on a friday afternoon and got a quick consult right away on prices and they scheduled me in on the sunday as i was only in town for the weekend. I went in for a full head color with foils and a trim. i’m very picky about hair color and julie was patient and helpful in deciding what i wanted. very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. i showed her a picture of the cut i wanted and everything turned out better than i imagined. i’ve never left a salon more satisfied with my hair than from chatters. highly recomended, julie was awesome.

Wow! What a day and night experience at this location vs the other mall location.
Very friendly reception staff and an awesome, knowledgable stylist named Myranda. My friend tried to fix a bad colour job herself only to make it worse! Myranda saved the day and her hair looked a trillion times better when she was done!
Myranda was also able to fit me in for a bang trim as i didn’t have an appointment. I am fussy with my bangs and like them blunt straight across which is NOT easy to do. She did them perfect!
I wish I lived in Red Deer so I can see her more often. I will be back when I pass thru Red Deer next!
