I love this place! I’ve lived in Red Deer for 8 years and had only been here twice before this year. I can’t believe I didn’t give this place a fair chance! Their vegan selection is incredible (minus their salad rolls which use hoisin instead of peanut sauce and are boring). The food is delicious and they even have vegan fish sauce (which you can order big containers of to go for home)!

I have had many good meals here both lunch and dinner. Great value for tasty Vietnamese food. The veggie meat soup is very good and my mom loves their satay chicken soup.

I have had good meals here before, but I guess this was an «off night» for the Fusion Café… Service was not too organized and it was not even busy in there — our server was not old enough to serve alcohol so we waited quite a while for her to get someone over who could take our drink orders. That was weird.
The food was not that great tonight; we had the chicken cashew gai ding, not a lot of cashews and it came with turnips and pumpkin??? Weird! We also had a fried rice dish that was too salty and a noodle dish that was also too gingery!
Anyways, even though tonight was not awesome, I will go back again bc I have had good meals there in the past!
