When I walked around and looked at the prices, my first thought was to run. However, a lot of their selection is fairly unique (unlikely to find a lot of that selection anywhere else in town). And some big name designer brands, which of course is important to those who are looking for that sort of thing.
I was looking for specific items, and not only did I get what I wanted, but I got the advice needed for anything else that came up each time I went in there. And most recently, I had a question about a bulb (not a cheap one) on a fixture that kept having to be replaced. Without me saying anything about a lack of satisfaction, seeing as I knew it was nothing they did wrong, they replaced the bulb free of charge. That is going over and above the call of duty in my eyes. They also suggested a good troubleshooting strategy. Can’t wait to get more reno’s done!
