Rating des Ortes: 2 Red Deer, Canada
Sorry guys, but I’ve been to your location three times, and twice, there has been a failure to properly execute my order. Not a good average. The morning of Sunday, September 1st2013 was the topper. My order could not have been much more simple than this: three sausage and biscuits. Sausage & Biscuits. As advertised on the menu for about $ 1.59 each. I actually suspected something was wrong when it came up to over $ 8, for three. But as I watched them build these things, I watched them put egg on them. A HUGE no-no, as I can’t eat eggs. Sure, trace amounts won’t kill me, but they were building them with eggs as though that was the order. So I spoke up, politely. I didn’t make a scene. I stated that I did not ask for eggs. The fellow building them paused to verify with the guy on the till. Here’s where your store earns you 2⁄5 stars, and I WILLNOT change this rating, ever. Your menu LITERALLY has the option to order a «sausage and biscuit.» This is what I chose off the menu. However, the till guy had the AUDACITY to say to my face, «that is not what you asked for.» This pisses me off because I know what I asked for. I can’t eat eggs. I KNOW what I ordered. To outright tell your customer that they are wrong is a massive no-no in this industry. It’s worse when we are absolutely right, and the employee is wrong. I didn’t ask for a refund on what was clearly an overcharged order. Here’s what I’m going to do: I am NOT going to tell all my friends to stop going there. I will not use Facebook, Twitter and other social networks to slander your store, or deter people from coming to your store. What you are going to do is ensure your employees keep focus and listen to the order carefully. If they are unable to do so, they should be moved to a less direct line of communication with customers. And what is going to happen here, is I am simply going to avoid coming to your establishment if at all possible. I think this is a fair resolution considering the stupidity I experienced in this last visit. Do not take this review as a condemnation of your store. Take it as a lesson in how you run the business.
