Trio Towing

Got in my truck at the end of a long day of work, and it wouldn’t turn over.
I Googled Red Deer towing and found Trio. They had 2 great reviews so I gave them a call. They had a truck out to me in 18 minutes.
The driver was super friendly and did everything he could to start my truck before he put it up on the winch. When he asked where I wanted it towed I told him I was open to suggestions. I’m new to Red Deer and don’t have a mechanic here. He called some shops for me to find which would look at my car soonest and found one who he said he would take his own vehicle to.
He was so friendly, kind, and professional. He made sure I was warm in his truck and waited with me until my ride came.
My tow came to a super reasonable $ 84!

This is a great company with great service! This morning, while driving, my car started making a terrible noise. I called Trio to haul my car into the service garage. I had never used Trio before but saw a good review on Unilocal so decided to call them. The lady who took my call was so helpful and the tow truck arrived in 15 minutes. The tow truck driver asked me a few questions, took a look under the front bumper and in a couple of minutes figured out what was wrong with my car. He saved me a lot of time, money and worry. He was so pleasant and helpful! Red Deer needs more businesses like Trio Towing!

Blew the motor in my car on the highway near Red Deer. Did a quick Google search for a tow company and they were the first to actually answer after I called a few others. They were there very quick to pick up the car and tow it to a friend’s place. They needed a flat-​deck as my car is AWD.
The driver, Curtis, was great. He was very friendly and helped me get back home to Edmonton. He knew where the Red Arrow picked up and since it was close to being on his way back to the shop, he offered to drive me there, so I didn’t have to catch a cab from my friend’s place.
It was a very good experience on an otherwise shitty day!
