6 days of terror working with these guys. During winter storm, gave us the wrong diagnosis of our furnace problem, sent us wrong parts even though we told them multiple times to make sure they sourced the right part. Refused to help us despite assuring us they would fix our heating problem because it had been several days. Didn’t honour the warranty and their suppliers don’t even care to deal with them leaving everyone hanging for another 72 hours.
