As discussed they delivered.
From the beginning of receiving a quote, of the three companies we interviewed they were the most informative. They applied honesty and did not try to sell more than was needed.
This approach continued when they called in advance and very clearly informed of the hazards and expectations. E.g. delivery of materials, dumpster, and to watch for nails during the build.
Then they arrived and started and completed as much as could be done in a day. They left in the evenings with the mess relatively cleaned up. Ever conscientious of our garden and walkways, boards were placed to protect screen doors and tarps laid out to catch nails. On the last day they cleaned thoroughly.
We were very impressed by their professionalism, always warm and welcoming. The company is run by a father and son team.
And the roof? We will have to wait a few years to see if it holds up but we are pretty confident that it will!
