Took my dad here to try beer making for his birthday. It’s as hands-​on or as hands-​off as you want it to be. Andy is super knowledgable. While I was there I then decided to also brew a batch of Riesling. Looking forward to bottling that in a couple weeks at which point I can update my review. The flavor of the beer is tasty although I’m not sure how long it’ll last before it starts getting cloudy. If you are a beer drinker, or looking to make your own beer, this is the place to go. Guaranteeing the quality of the product sure doesn’t hurt, neither does the price!

Been here three times now. Andy, the owner, is a swell guy. I’ve made three orders of beer (Nova Scotian Ale, Japanese Dry, and Czech Pilsner) and came away very happy each time. They have many bottling options as well as cans. You can’t go wrong! It is also a place for learning. Also made a cider, but their choices for that are much more limited. Knowledgeable guys, great selection, and friendly atmosphere. Can’t be beat.
