Do not order products from this company for shipment into the US. Paid $ 20 to get quick shipping and it got lost in transit with little to no help from DashVapes to locate it.

Definitely not a store you walk in to browse. You need to know what you’re buying then get in and get the hell out. Staff is not friendly. Understandable when you’re busy and you’re trying to help out a lot of customers at once. However with 4 visible staff members out front, and a total of 2 customers (that includes yourself), you figured you would get some help. No one asked me if I needed anything, I had to reach over the table to grab a device to try their juices and when I was ready to purchase and they were ringing me up, it took almost half an hour because the employees were goofing around. However I will give them 3 stars on the merits that the shop is really nice, the selection of juice, mods and atomizers is vast and the place seems clean (atleast out front). I will, however, not shop at Dash Vapes again. Service is always a priority to me.

I would rate this place with 4 stars because staff wasn’t really friendly I’m not sure maybe because o went on Sunday before shop closes. However few points, too much smoke inside I guess some people would not like it and will appreciate if you can get humidifier or other solution. Price wise is not great competition but for me personally location is so convenient. Person who helped knew what he was talking about and answered all my questions but as I mentioned in the beginning wasn’t friendly and I had to as for help. To finish with just heads up for the business:
1. In my understanding there is a new smoke free Ontario law since may 27,2015 states that vapes considered to be same as cigarettes and can’t be smoked inside.
2. Same law states that you have to have license to sell these products.
I hope you guys aware of that. Good luck!

I’ve been to DashVapes twice, it was actually my first go to place when I first started vaping!
My first time there I bought an Evic Supreme and an Aspire Nautilus. The sales people weren’t too pushy when I first arrived, giving me a minute or so to browse around, but I was greeted with a warm welcome when stepping in! Which was nice!
It’s a very clean, modern and like any other vape place, smokey environment.
One of the guys must’ve picked up that I had my mind set, and at that moment he came to help out. It was a quick, easy sale, even with some tips in between! Which was great for a beginner!
Getting the products, tips and cashing out was a smooth and fast process, no complaints!
Just like any other vaping enthusiast, we all move on to bigger better devices, but my Evic Supreme is a forever vape alongside my other gadgets.
The only reason I gave it a 4 star rating, is because I’m not a fan of the juices they have. But overall, great place!

Going in for the first time after reading the reviews here, I feel like they definitely have cleaned up their service. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Drew!

Right when you walk in, you get an unwelcome vibe.
Nobody even cares about your presence and it seems like all they care about is getting some vape time in themselves and joking around with each other rather than trying to help you. Great priorities to have, especially running a shop that’s based on getting some customers for life, eh…
The guy that finally helped us directed us away from the better mods as soon as he found out we were ‘newbies’ to vaping. «Definitely not your section» he said, as he pointed us vaguely to another direction in the store where the ‘cheaper/​easier’ models were. He didn’t seem interested in anything so asking him questions would’ve definitely been intimidating.
On top of that, the entire store is full of smoke and it’s way too cloudy in there– ventilation system needs to definitely improve.
The one extra star they get is because they have some cool mods and equipment in there + some good juice.

What an amazing store. Walked in today and noticed how big it was, and what a wide variety of products they had. Definitely the nicest vape shop I’ve been too. Keep up the good work!

Went to Dash Vapes for the first time this week. Walking in I definitely felt like I wasn’t cool enough to be in there. No one said hello or asked if I needed help until I was in there for 20 minutes. The staff were super inattentive, they would rather hang out with their friends. Bought my juice with cash, they gave me back the wrong change and I awkwardly had to stand their to wait for it. Wasn’t offered a receipt or thanked for coming in — something I think is important when it’s your first visit. The person at cash started up another conversation with his friend and forgot to give me the money he owed me. The guy who did help me was knowledgable and nice enough to let me try mech mod. Unfortunately, I won’t return as I prefer shops that are helpful, down to earth, and don’t think they’re too cool for school. Customer service is everything.

Toronto finally has a true world class vape shop. If you want quality high end gear and expert help, Dash Vapes is the place to go.
Not only do they have things that are almost impossible to find, they know them well and can get you well set up. A good selection of less intimidating gear too.
I knew they were serious as soon as I walked in and saw the entire Five Pawns line available for tasting in perfectly set up authentic Kayfuns. I’ve been to nearly 50 vape shops and I’ve never seen that level of dedication anywhere else.
I live in California, ecig capital of the world. Dash Vapes is on par with the very best Los Angeles and San Jose shops, as well as the ones in New York. They blow away everything in San Francisco and London. If only I were kidding. I wish we had a shop of this quality in San Francisco!
Specifics: An excellent selection of authentic high end gear, including the Seven22, Manhattan, Kayfuns, and Trident. Almost the entire Atmomixani line including genuine Nemesis, Strikers, 3D drippers, and the 69. Good honest affordable stuff like the Youde Igos and Smoktech mechanicals too. A niceY juice selection as well, including Alien Visions Boba’s Bounty (very difficult to find), their own custom flavors, and the aforementioned Five Pawns.
They even have the Atmistique Eviva, a new tank/​dripper atomizer I had never seen before. This very rarely happens to me.
But what truly blew me away was the service I got from Tyler. They’d sold out of Evivas the day before, and I left my phone number and begged him to let me know if he was able to lay hands on another one. Through some magic he tracked down one more, sent me a text, and held it for me until I was able to come by. Beyond that, he’s also a straight up kind and knowledgable gentleman.
Seriously Toronto, I’m jealous. I want a Dash Vapes where I live.
