This mcdonalds is filled with students by 430pm looking for a quick snack. Ambience is all ages and families having a crave for mcdonalds. There’s self serve menus at the middle isle of the entrance which is east to access but if it gets busy this place is too packed.

Sunday morning and it’s chaos. Cashier entertaining customers who are not in line. Crew all over the place and no system. Took more than 10 minutes to get my order, and I ordered from the self order screen. People were all waiting impatiently for their food, staff has no clue what to do, everybody seems to be waiting for something as if they are on pause. Manager looked overwhelmed. After the long wait, I went to the condiments section, both catsup dispensers were empty and both napkin holders are empty as well. The staff and manager should be sent for further training otherwise the self order kiosks defeat it’s purpose. I used to enjoy coming over here, after today, I don’t think I’ll be back anytime soon.

We came in at 11:50am and ordered 2 x Breakfast #8 combos which are Sausage, Egg & Cheese McGriddles. When the meals came, there were only sausages inside the McGriddles… Asked for fix it and they didn’t know what to do with it for a moment… Later on, I ordered the McNuggets combo. People surrounding me complained as a lot of them have been waiting for 20 – 30 mins and still not getting their food/​drinks. I know it’s during the breakfast/​lunch hours transition but if you’re not able to handle the traffic as other locations, you basically failed. The employee (s) on the production line should be re-​trained and the manager should noy stay behind all the time and not stand out for helping. Apparently not strong enough.

It’s McDonald’s. The food is the same as any other McDonald’s.
I’ve been going here since I could remember though. Taking a bike ride around the block and stopping at McDonald’s for an ice cream on the way back home. I usually come here at least once whenever I’m back home just because my parents like the breakfast here and it’s something we used to do as a kid. This time I went, I recognize the same cashier from like 10 years ago — though she probably has no clue who I am.
In terms of food and service, it’s McDonald’s. But for people who grew up in Richmond Hill near Hwy 7, it’s our McDonald’s.

The last reviewer wasn’t far from the truth when she said that there’s never a dull moment at this McD’s. I never run out of stories to tell about this location. My husband and I go there every so often to grab a late night meal or snack. We went this Thursday and there was a sign on the door saying that their lobby was closed due to some maintenance (and yet, there were several customers inside), but the drive thru was open. The doors were also locked. We ordered at the drive thru. My husband ordered a quarter pounder blt combo only to have them tell us that they ran out of lettuce. Like really?!? So this is not only the first time that they’ve run out of something… they’ve run out of their special sauce for one of their Angus burgers and on several occasions they’ve run out of ice cream. However, probably their biggest screw up was when we ordered two Angus combos and mine was missing the meat! How do you forget to add the patty in a burger??? Wouldn’t you notice that the box is way too light in weight? Needless to say, my husband went back to tell them about it. They put the patty in, but didn’t bother to offer us some sort of compensation, like extra fries or a free drink, nothing. I don’t normally write negative reviews, but after this last event, I think it needed to be done.

This McDonald’s never has a dull moment. Pretty busy every time I’ve been here. People working at the cashier get a little sassy when you repeat your order just to clarify because they responded in a way that made you think they misunderstood your order. They gave us the Greek McTaster instead of the Italian by accident and my boyfriend had already taken a bite out of one of them. He went to the counter to have it exchanged and he asked if he could just keep the one he bit into since they’re going to throw it out anyway. Lady said no and threw it out. I get it that she’s probably just doing her job and there might be policy against it but I think it’s silly and wasteful.
Onto the Italian McTaster, it’s actually quite good for $ 2.99 + tax! We ordered with sauce on the side and it just tastes like a tangy ranch. The patty was sort of like a big chicken nugget. Bun was soft and chewy, just the way I like it!
As service goes, I would give 2 stars but the Italian McTaster was a pleasant discovery so bumped it to 3. I would recommend trying it!

Anyway this place needs to be more consistent. Some days my meals are hot and fresh. Some days, it tastes like it’s been sitting out for hours.
Now I always ask for fresh fries and customize my burger so that they are forced to make me a new burger.
Please McDonald’s. Up your consistency game. Quality control is essential.
A couple times I’ve done drive thrus and they’ve forgot one or two items that I paid for. Sucks cause I’m too lazy to go back to the restaurant to complain so make sure you always audit before you leave the restaurant drive thru. Toodles!

I live really close to this McDonald’s and I usually do my studying here with unlimited WiFi and unlimited drinks. Lol. The manager of this McDonald’s seems to only hire Filipino employers. Overall, the environment is clean, great customer service and the food is nice.

Super super slow. Doesn’t even deserve to call itself a fast food restaurant. Last time I ordered two junior chickens it took me literally 10 mins before I got my burgers. I would rather walk 2 stores across and get bbq pork on rice or mr sub which would have twice as fast.

This is the only McDonald’s to have gotten my drive-​thru coffee order right 100% of the time so far. Others usually fail most of the time, so it is beyond amazing that they have not failed once. They have also always made it perfectly, whereas others have been inconsistent in the taste, even when getting the order right (seemingly).

Its a McDonald’s. Food is what you’d expect it to be. The restaurant is great looking compared to the train wreck golf theme it used to be.
This place is filthy. The garbage cans were over flowing and the drink station was a disgusting sticky mess. I must say its been like that the last few times I was here. Yeah yeah ‘why are you coming back if its that bad?’ Well its because I don’t sit in and I order chocolate milk.
There wasn’t enough staff either. Its like they are trying to re coup cash from the renovation by not paying salaries. The line up was to the door with only one guy on the cash. Not impressed. Its fast food man, I don’t want to wait 20 minutes to order!

If there’s a MC nearby I will feel warm and safe for no reasons. Recently they have discount for spc card holder

service is good, food is average, but cleanliness is way below average. the drink station is a mess, I do understand people make a mess, especially in that area, but not a single employee nor the manager go clean the area. one do stock up, one serving customers, one making food, but no one clean the place, what the hell… cleanliness are the most important thing for food industry, if you fail on that, you be failed overall

This location after the renovations looks acceptable now from the golf themed past. Very spacious and a wide assortment of seats to choose from and a very cosy/​intimate area in the back with a fireplace and cp24 reporting the latest news. A nice place to go if you are in between appointments and want a decent cup of coffee and some snacks (read: fresh fries). They also provide a very strong WiFi signal for those late night students and power ports all around to plug into to charge up your devices.

I’m done with this location.
I just ordered a chicken mcwrap, and there was no chicken.
The exact same thing happened before.
Not only that but, I’ve asked for ketchup before and they didn’t give me ketchup.
A few times I’ve ordered a mcbistro mushroom melt sandwich and there were no mushrooms.
The waiting time at night is sometimes ridiculous. I peered inside and there were only two people working.
I eat mcdonalds almost everyday. This place is close to home but now I’ll drive to a further location.
This location will definitely loose my business.

The walk-​in waiting time for a coke and iced coffee was 15 minutes. Look at my photo, 13 orders waiting to be filled and all laid on the table !! But the cashier continued to take in more orders and no one stepped up to try and help fill the ones in waiting. Pretty poor management.
The staff with the name tag Byron always grab the cups or fries containers from the inside and putting his fingers all over the interior of these containers, and he constantly scratches his nose (looks like he has a cold and was sniffling), drinking from the cups he touched was so GROSS. Someone should teach him to handle the cups from the outside only or he should wear a glove. No one should have to drink or eat his germs. GROSS.

Haven’t found any fault about this place. Food hot, service fast and kids play area HUGE! They even have a dozen family tables /​booths within the play area so parents can continue eating while the kiddies play. This is way better than any Thornhill /​North York locations I’ve gone to. Not busy on a Sunday afternoon at 1pm for lunch.

Though I don’t frequent McDonalds, but in case of emergencies in life (washroom needs, yoga class canceled, Internet Meetup or junk food attack) it is not a bad choice at all.
This McDonalds had fully rebranded into a McCafe and Smoothies restaurant.
Deco is nice and modern enough with tons of seating.
24 hour drive thru, wifi access with quite a few electronic outlets at least in the front area.
Service is polite as I got addressed as madam no stop… Hmmm maybe she can call me a Ms?

I moved here 2 months ago and have been to this mc Donaldson about 5 times. Every time my order has been messed up. Got a meal without fries. Got a BLT with cheese on it. Got a quarter pounder and asked for no onion and pickles yet the burger had onions and pickles on it. Looked at my reciept and it did say that I didn’t want onions and pickles. They always mess up my order. Its ridiculous.

I used to live in the area, and would come by for 24 hr drive thru when all the late night places are closed. This location is always busy, yes even at 4am in the morning.
Nice décor. The golf theme fits well with the golf course nearby in Markham.
As for the food … well, it’s McD’s so what do you expect.

Even if you really wanted McDonalds, go to another location! the people here dont know what thier doing, they are slow and my orders are always wrong. either the drive-​thru or walk in. slow slow slow… NOT FAST food anymore if you order from here.

Oh gawd. I came back. And got sick. Late night Micky Dee’s don’t agree with me! Bleh!
I think I’ve learned my lesson this time.
