Phyllis Rawlinson Park off Leash Dog Area is one of the 2 off leash dog park in the Town of Richmond Hill.
Located inside Phyllis Rawlinson Park is not as interesting as the Tower Hill Off Leash Dog Area landscape wise. There is not hill but just a flat area open air. The park itself does get really muddy since it is not as well drained.
There is a small dog area for dogs that are 12 lb or under. it is smallish and with any timber bark coverage which my dog prefer.
The park is a little far away from the parking lot but it is a nice walk through broad walk and gravel covered path to get there.
I would probably going to visit Tower Hill location a lot more often especially after a few rainy day as you might ended up going home with a really muddy dog!
