This Staples is by far the best in terms of customer service. I have been dealing with them for the past two years. The staff are nothing but top notch — knowledgeable, welcoming, friendly, and WILLING to help you. If you have any troubles, ask for Melanie and she would gladly assist you. She is the store manager and probably the best one yet. Her willingness to take coop students, whether typical or special ed, is unmatched. She is open to suggestions and opinions to make the store better, whether in performance or appearance. This place is gold. If you want to learn SUPERB customer service, it’s right here.
