I’ve been to a lot of starbucks, and there are a lot in Richmond Hill… but I always try to avoid this one. It takes forever to get a drink here every single time. It’s the damn drive thru window they have. There’s a reason why most Sbuxes don’t have a drivethru… they make speciality drinks and pride themselves on quality. You’re not a tim hortons or a mccafe… close the drive thru window!

Dropped by to grab my birthday drink on the house! The cashier was amazing! He helped me order my freebie! I decided on their new smoked butterscotch latte with a twist by making it more of a coffee flavour so my drink wouldn’t be overly sweet! Of course I had to grab it in the Venti size cause why not? It’s free! He told me it would’ve costed me $ 8.46 if I didn’t have the reward! Pretty expensive but since it was free I’m down for it! Great service and super friendly! Shoutout to the cashier who created my drink! It was amazing!

I ordered a earl grey tea and the cashier rings up the bill for $ 5. I regularly drink the Starbucks tea bags and they are always around $ 2 so I ask the cashier«Sorry, but its $ 5 for a tea bag now?» She responds, with arms crossed«Ya, that’s what the screen says, doesn’t it?». Confused, I ask again«Aren’t the tea bags usually around $ 2ish». She turns her back to me and tells the barista who is making my tea«Stop making the tea. She might not pay». I was baffled at how rude the cashier was. The barista who was making the tea then goes«Nooo look you put in a earl grey latte. This is just a tea so it is $ 2». So it was then that the original cashier rings up the $ 2 tea without saying anything to me and continues to talk to her other friend about her New Year’s Plans in not-English, which was pretty rude as well.

I truly love this Starbucks for the sheer fact they have drive thru however for the first time I decided to go inside … Bad idea ! I found it very offensive two employees standing around speaking their language ! Not being courteous to customers or their peers ! In a work place English is the official language is it not?

This is an amazing Starbucks. Forget the coffee, that’s going to be the exact same at all locations. It’s all about the staff and the service. I tested out their mobile order feature today. Unfortunately the app is American and doesn’t have an option for lactose free milk. Boo!(That was boo, not moo). Either way, fast forward to me coming into the store, drink was ready and waiting as promised. I politely mentioned that their app was flawed and wanted to inquire if they could inquire with head office. Needless to say they were super receptive of my feedback and went ahead and made me a new drink with lactose free milk. I mean come on, they are so awesome. Yes the drinks are expensive, but the service is always incredible. Well, usually. Thanks guys! See you tomorrow morning :)

My go-to Starbucks for getting some quiet time to work on the business. Staff at this location is very friendly and the drinks are very consistently made. Wish they had longer hours though since they close at 10pm most nights. Eight tables and four sofa chairs.

Having frequented this location for many years but keep forgetting to write a review. The drive through can get backed up in the morning rush with everyone filling up with their caffeine needs and the parking lot not very well designed for the trafficking. The staff inside is working hard to satisfy everyone’s need. Come in during the non rush hours to enjoy the plentiful seating areas and views of the community centre across the road

I first visited this Starbucks last April, after a doctor’s appointment. I got antibiotics and needed a beverage to wash it down. I loved this drive-thru location then, and try and visit this Starbucks when I’m in the vicinity. Customer service here is consistent. The baristas are always polite and friendly. The wifi works every time I’m here, including at the drive-thru. It’s a cozy place to spend a Sunday afternoon. It is always a great location to pick up a beverage or baked good quickly. I am a Starbucks regular and would recommend coming here if you are in the neighbourhood.

Based on my experience at many Starbucks — this has been consistently poor for years. Issues include: 1) Standing in line for 20m only to find out they have no whip cream during a Frap promotion. 2) Ordering a tall Cinnamon Dolce Latte and finding ½ foam.(I learned from that experience). I did not ask for any foam modification and it was well beyond«normal». 3) Going recently and asking for a lite foam latte — and watching the guy pour without a spoon(to hold back the foam) only to find it being too much foam — not enough to make a big deal out of it but clearly poorly made. Lack of good training? Dunno. Added to my list of AVOID locations.

A Starbucks that opens from 6:00AM to 11:00PM7 days a week is always a good additional to the neighbourhood! The staffs here are friendly and welcoming. Every customers that walked into the store were greeted and the barista even greeted quite a few of the customers by their first names and making small talks! Tons of seatings, Big comfy sofas, and electric outlets locate all around the store(you know what that mean when your laptop/phone are dying and you can get so frustrated when there are only 4 outlets in a whole store!) On a Saturday evening, the place feels deserted! But it is great for me. so I got to sit wherever I want and make myself comfy for my FTR!!!
