UPS charged me ~100 $ sales tax on a 1600 computer for shipping. There isnt any tax on computers, but they refused me to let me get my computer if i didnt pay up. Also, it cost me 250 $+ to ship too! When they sent me my computer, the box was damaged as well as the internal computer.
I submitted as well on better business bureau and UPS responded that they would only cover up to 100 $ in damages. After i told them to cough it up then, they did not bother to respond and ignored all future requests.
Another funny thing, when i was submitting the evidence for the damages, their «auditor» sent me an email meant for another person making a claim.
Id give them a 0 stars if i could. UPS is pure robbery and garbage.
