The UPS Store

Terrible service and attitude at this location. Staff is rude and does not scan dropped off boxes upon receipt. Would not recommend dropping off or shipping any package from this location as they do not care at all.
I would recommend the UPS Store by Woodbine and Highway 7 [ 7 – 8362 Woodbine Ave
Markham, ON L3R 2M6 ] — much friendlier staff and they scan your package upon receipt.

Enter at your own risk. I went in here the other day to try and get some stuff shipped to the States, and the owner, Simon Yu, was not only unhelpful, but rude. First he tried to shove a slip of paper in my face saying he is not affiliated with UPS USA, which is great, but that doesn’t really explain that when I asked him for some help to fill out international paperwork, he said «I don’t check paperwork. We’re not part of UPS. They don’t pay me for my time.» Then I tried askingfor some tape to tape up a box, and he stated, «UPS don’t pay me for tape. We’re not part of UPS. You want tape I’m going to charge you. $ 2.» According to another review on Google, Simon kicked guys out of his store who were awaiting a package there, and I believe it. Hopefully this place gets shut down, not sure how it stays in business seeing how customers are treated there. I went to FedEx Office down the street and was able to take care of my shipment quickly and easily.
