Time to get your mad badminton skills on! Ace Badminton Centre is a great place to practice badminton — no doubt! Multiple courts fill this warehouse facility. It’s spacious, clean, well-lit and the staff do a great job at enforcing that proper footwear is worn to avoid scuffing the courts. No black soles, please! If you do happen to show up with black soled shoes, they do have cheap shoe rentals available. Need a racquet? No worries, they have those too! Drop-ins are available and if you wish to have a court to yourself and friends, they do take reservations. Parking is widely available outside. In case you don’t know where this place is located, it’s a stone’s throw away from the casino, Night Market, and skytrain station!

Just came here over the weekend for play some badminton. I got a groupon deal the day before that. Great deal. 20.00 for 2 hrs worth of court rental. I believe regular price for an hr is like already 18.00. Service there is meh… but the courts r alright. We were late and they didn’t charge me for it. I would recommend this place cause it’s close by for transit. Right next to the Bridgeport sky train station. Parking isn’t bad either. Overall i would come back to this place.

Came here to check out some badminton action, and an alternative to Clearone, which is getting a bit too packed. Parking is plentiful here, as it’s in an industrial lot. The interior is quite large, and surprisingly doesn’t echo too badly. Must be because of the mats they use in the courts. It makes the game a lot more comfortable than playing on bare concrete. The website advertises it as a «floating floor system». This is worth a special mention as it does take some of the strain off your legs. The staff are VERY anal about keeping this floor in top shape(must’ve been expensive to buy and install), so there is a «non-marking sole» rule that is quite tightly enforced. They actually check your shoes before letting you in the playing area. And there is a $ 100 fine if you play with the wrong shoes and mark up the floor. They mean business. Some of my friends complained that the ambient temperature was too cold(I would say it was 10−15C), but I actually found it quite pleasant. Sure it’s cold when you first come in, but it also ensures that you don’t cook after a couple of intense rounds. There are also plenty of tables, chairs, and benches for you to leave your gear while you play. There are also security cameras throughout the building and parking lot so hopefully your car won’t get broken into. One last thing: the girl working here speaks somewhat crappy English, so hopefully you have a Taiwanese friend with you. Not sure if it was the same person when I called in a few days ago, but there was quite a disconnect between the questions I asked about the facility and the answers I received. One of the better places to play baddy for sure. Recommended.
