Booster Juice

The first time I came here was in the afternoon. It was great. Service was good.
The second time was this morning. The girl was so RUDE. Ever heard of customer service. It looked like she doesn’t even want to be here. Shes young and was sitting on the counter listening to music. No greeting. Nasty bitch face on. Couldn’t understand her accent so I said howmuch? And she repeats it like I’m a retard. Excuse me. Hands me the change like she was shoving it in my hands. Might come back a different time to avoid her…

I came here ’cause I had an entertainment coupon and I was in the area on the way to the warf with friends. This was just a stop over since one of my buddies wanted to use a bank machine near by and my stomach was getting hangry and I needed to solve that problem sooner rather than later. I did get a smoothie and a wrap which was okay. It was healthy but felt that for a fast food chain that it was $$ at regular price. If I didn’t have the Entertainment book with me (which is always in the car) than I would’ve probably held out due to cost. Customer service was friendly enough, however, when I tried to ask specific questions about the combinations the lady seemed a little clueless. She didn’t seem to know a lot about the products which was a little concerning.

Conveniently located at Ironwood Plaza a few stores down from Save on Foods. Came here after work and it was dead. Probably because of the chilly nights in November, only I would go for cold smoothie. I came in and was greeted by a cheerful lady who was ready to take my order.
Booster juice offers juice and an extensive list of smoothies. There were so many choices I couldn’t decide so I let my friend make his order first. I quickly scanned the menu and order the limited edition — Pumpkin Patch.
Our smoothies were served in a Styrofoam cup which insulated the cold in and kept our hands less cold than it would have been if it were plastic cups. What struck me first was where the straw was inserted. Usually it would be at the center of the lid but for booster juice it was on the side. Not important but just something I noticed.
The pumpkin patch was thick and delicious. Though the lady did say it would be quite sweet… right before she gave it to me. Um. a little late, isn’t it? I didn’t mind. My friend had the Pomegranate punch. I took a sip and found it to be too sour for my liking.
I would stop by a booster juice to try the rest of their smoothies if I were to pass by one of their stores.
