Check it out, Tofu Soup Fans! Me myself is a HUGE fan of Korean Tofu Soup. If you are too, this place is definitely a must go. $ 10 for Soup + 4 side dishes + a pot of Rice is very decent price. Add $ 6 to get Bulgogi is our happy combo choice all time. My favourite is mushroom tofu soup. The soup is very authentic, rich and comfy. There are 5 levels of spiciness and we always go with regular(level 3). I’ve tried lots of tofu soup places. This place is definitely on my top five. There is no fancy décor. Service is decent. Price is fair. It easily became our pocket list of frequent-visit restaurant. Just one last thing to add on, the parking lot is always busy(probably applies to all food court parking lots in Richmond). Sometimes we have to give up this restaurant because we cannot find a parking or it is TUESDAY(they’re closed on TUESDAY).

Service 4⁄5 Atomsphere 3.5÷5 Food 4⁄5 I came here last night with a group of friends and we ordered several dishes to share. They also ordered Korean beer(called Cass). Ate: Spicy noodles Spicy Bulkokee(i loved) Seafood pancake Tofu soup more beef soup Mixed tofu soup The fried dumplings(i like fried to equate to CRUNCHy so this dish was okay-good to try though I’d suggest ordering some side rice to go with the food Rice cake fried dumplings I actually enjoyed the dinner, it was tasty and did not disappoint. We all left super full and paid less than $ 20.

It’s not easy to find a good Korean restaurant in Richmond! I have been to most places and have always left feeling unsatisfied with mediocre food. I’ve probably walked by about a thousand times but I never actually had the courage to try this place because from the outside, it looks a bit sketchy and run down. I have a thing with not being able to see patrons inside a restaurant from the outside and this place you can’t see hardly anything from outside. My parents are actually the ones that encouraged me to give this place a try and so glad we did. It is now our go-to place when we have a craving for spicy kimchi soup and beef Bulgogi, they offer a great combo for $ 16.99 which includes both along with all the side dishes and rice, meant for 1 person but enough for 2! This place can get quite busy and they service can be understandably spotty but their food is always made to order and consistently yummy!

A friend of mine told me about this place. It is located in the inner section of the plaza so I doubt that many people know about this place. It appears to be a family-run business as their food looks pretty«homey» and the restaurant doesn’t have any fancy renovations. Their menu is probably around 15 items only. I usually get their combo which includes a soup of your choice, sizzling meat of your choice with rice and side dishes. One of the bonuses to this place is they offer a few more side dishes and actually differ from the usual kimchi, radish, potatoes etc. Price range isn’t the cheapest considered it appears to be a family-run restaurant. I believe this is their second location where the original one is located in Coquitlam. Parking can be limited at times.

Really wanted to try something different after eating vietnamese food twice during my stay here in Canada. My family though still wanted something that contained soup since it was so hot so I figure Korean food might be good especially tofu soup! I am a HUGE fan of Korean food and love the traditional Korean food and really wanted to try this place out. We came around 8:30 on a weekday and was informed after walking it that they close at 9 even though Unilocal said 9:30. We ordered the soup combination with mixed tofu soup and bulgogi, stone bibimbap, and japchae. The ban chans were pretty good, especially the seaweed and potato salad but was slightly disappointed with the limited selection of ban chans. When we received the food, we were pleasantly surprised that the bibimbap came with mushroom tofu soup! There was soo much food! However, we only had one bowl of rice for two tofu soups so that was slightly disappointing. The food though was very delicious and the tofu soups were very good! The bibimbap and japchae were also very yummy! The bulgogi however, was slightly lacking in flavor and was slightly overcooked. Overall the service and food quality were very good. The cost of the food was also very cheap! Would definitely come back again if I had the chance! Parking is also very convenient as it is located in a small plaza so no need to worry about parking!

Probably one of the best places in Richmond for Korean food. They have the typical Korean popular dishes, the prices and portions were decent and I left very satisfied. They are known for spicy soft tofu soup with rice that comes in a stone pot, super delish so make sure you order this, as it’s their signature item…

Awesome! I ordered their famous tofu soup combo with pork bulgoghi! For the tofu soup you get to choose whether you want beef, pork, seafood, or a mix. I opted for a mix of seafood and beef! You also get to choose your spiciness level! I went with mild because I did’t want the spiciness to overpower the other flavours. Every meal also comes with complimentary banchan! They offer free refills so don’t be afraid to ask! The seaweed banchan was awesome! A tad bit salty, but really delicious! The mash potatoes were great as well. They also give you a raw egg that you get to crack yourself in the tofu soup! The heat from the stone bowl cooks the egg! The soup also came with a side of rice. Their tofu soup definitely lived up to their name! It was awesome, and one of the best tofu soups I’ve ever had! The portion size looks small, but it was more than enough! I’ll be back!

Korean fast food quality at restaurant price! First of all, the servers are all messy. For my whole dine in experience, at least 3 glasses were dropped by the servers while cleaning. 4 of us were in a group but only 2 menus were given. I asked for an additional 2 and it was just passed on to me over the counter. Really? Food quality is one of the worst I’ve eaten.
