Extremely bad customer service, ask to change for other breakfast sandwiches, the phillippino manager just act rude and doesn’t want to change for me. What kind worker is this? The people work there are like Barbie dolls.

Mcdonald’s! Always good for a quick meal and you know exactly what you are going to get! I got the chicken wrap from here. It was exactly what I expected. The service was quick! and the wrap was great!

Ordered the McLobster combo via drive thru here yesterday. I was pleasantly surprised with the chunks of lobsters I got, and so were other people who saw my pic of the McLobster. The sandwich is great on a hot day like yesterday. The odd combination of ingredients sort of makes you feel you are eating a salad, with lobster. Probably wouldn’t get it again, but definitely a good to try at least once. And the fries are always great!

Took a chance and dropped by for a late lunch. Drive thru was busy so I went inside. Fortunately there was only one dude ahead of me but of course he orders five freaking large specialty coffees. Surprisingly, the lady cashier and her«assistant» were actually competent and had the dude’s order completed quickly and managed to take my order at the same time. Incredibly, I had my order in a jiffy! Even more incredibly, the Mac, fries and coffee were actually fresh and hot. I sat and ate my lunch in a near state of shock. Just short of 20 minutes in and out. Amazing. Why can’t it be like this more often??? A very solid three stars this time around.

24 hours and drive thru. fast food at its best. When you have hungry and tired kids in the back of the van, Mcdonalds always does the trick. Their advertising must be so hypnotic as even my 1 year old recognizes the golden arches. They must be doing something right. Sure their food isn’t the healthiest and never going to be but sometimes you just get a craving that has to be satisfied!

Yes, that’s right, extra star b/c the server was nice to replace my fries which were getting cold while waiting for a champion’s meal, the McChicken. Didn’t think they would as you never know w/who you get at the till, but she seemed friendly enough & had apologized waiting for what seemed like 5min. – it was 6pm. Some construction going on in the lot but plenty of parking where Future Shop & Staples. It’s a convenient location for those shoppers but in terms of layout, it’s not exactly open or warm, with a ugly-ass arch-shaped, bar seating facing Bridgeport so you never know who’s behind you haha. Would consider this on the smaller size stores. Men’s washroom today wasn’t the cleanest, as what i would expect.

I just wanted to share what has to be the worst experience that I have ever had at any establishment in my entire life. The way my girlfriend Megan and I were treated last night at the McDonalds location at Sweden Way in Richmond BC was beyond terrible. We were verbally accosted, belittled, and taunted by a McDonalds crew member at the window by the name of «Mila J.». Working as the customer service manager for an Auto Dealership, I was unbelievably shocked at the rude attitude and demeanor that this employee had in dealing with us through the entire transaction, she was clearly and obviously trying to get a reaction out of us. I’ll spare the entire story, but this is what stuck out; The fries that we were waiting 4 minutes for were cold and stale, and we were REFUSED an extra dipping sauce for the nuggets«You can only have one» to which I had to ask three times for an extra one, and then when being informed that«YOUHAVETOPAYTHEN» needed to ask how much it was($ 0.11) and then confirm twice that I wanted it(with Mila J. acting very agitated about wanting the extra sauce). When I asked for an extra ketchup packet, she gave me a look like she was going to jump through the window at me and informed I was told that I was«ONLYENTITLEDTOWHAT’S INTHEBAG.» I asked Mila J. why she was being rude and acting in such a way towards us; Her response? «I’m not», to which my girlfriend explained that she used to work at McDonalds on the night shift and understands how it can be tough, but the way she was acting was completely unacceptable: you are NEVER supposed to be rude to a customer. Her response with a massive smile was«SORRY, CANNOTHEARYOU *points to head* I HAVEHEADSET. SORRY!!!» I still have a sick and disgusted feeling in the pit of my stomach; I’m sure whether it’s from the Cold Fries or the degrading manner in which we were treated.

WORST McD’s in town! Grumpy counter staff, long waits for no good reason and dirty facilities.

This McDonalds is a total war zone on night market days. Completely packed full of high school kids with the munchies. Parking here is plentiful thanks to the huge lot outside. The inside is somewhat modern, but a bit beaten up from the traffic. The ordering area is also quite small too, resulting in a everyone getting packed in. Fortunately there is almost always seating available.

If you are a fan of McDonalds you will like this location. Like all other McDonalds there is nothing special about it. If you want quick food and you are not worried about healthy choices this is your place for sure. The two things I always recommend at McDonalds are their ice cream and their coffee. You can never go wrong with ice cream and their coffee does not taste as burnt as most coffee shops like Tim Horton’s or Starbucks. If you are in the area and you are in a bind you probably cannot go wrong stopping here. Well maybe unless you worry about your health. If that’s the case run the other direction.
