I had a very poor review of this place, with a 1 star. I’ve since changed my view, from a very lengthy rant about the customer service of this place. I’m going to retract my statements from a personalized email from the retail manager with a sincere apology and to make things right. That boosted their customer service in my opinion, and being a business owner myself — I would of done the same thing. But on a smaller note — the parking sucks.
