We went here on a Saturday in between 11 – 12 for lunch. We ordered two hamburgers and a side of fries which the waitress informed me that cook was changing the oil and if I wanted fries I’d have to wait 15 minutes. I don’t understand why you’d ever change the oil at lunch time maybe because when we went in there the place was totally empty.
When our burgers came they were clearly out of the box freezer hamburgers which looked like it had been cooked on a grill that was dying to get down with some soap and de-​greaser. We ended up sending the greasy mess back and only eating the fries which were really good.
After visiting this Ricky’s I can’t ever go to another Ricky’s. Which is sad because I thought I had a pretty good club sandwich from their 200 Burrard location.
