I came here for waxing. I wasn’t really impressed, as I left with wax still on me as well as stray hairs. From my past experience, usually spas clean you up before the customer leave, so you don’t have the sticky black marks on you. Perhaps waxing isn’t their strength. I may come back from their massages.

The deep tissue massage is really really good and the employees are fluent in English as well as mandarin which can be hard to find in Richmond.

For the price and the service you can’t beat it. The spa rooms are very nice and calming. The esthetician working on you knows what she’s doing. I fell asleep during my facial I was so relaxed. My skin glowed afterwards!
