Carol-​Ann is absolutely phenominal! We just got our maternity pictures back & we couldn’t be happier with her work. We got SO many compliments on our pictures. The session was SO much fun. She made us feel so relaxed & comfortable in front of the camera. She is also such a kind, caring & loveable person. We are going to treasure her beautiful work. Highly recommended A++++++

Update 2014: When I wrote this review it was for Carol-​Ann Photography. it seems the name has now been changed and it’s a photo booth company? Strange. I clicked on the other reviews which also referred to Carol-​Ann Photography.
From 2012:
She was my wedding photog. She showed up late (stressed out bride here). She also left before off the clock. Her photos are ok for the price point; however, she claims to «fully edit» and that was not done. Thanks for the bra strap showing what might have been a pic we’d like we couldn’t use. We had one photo edited by someone else so we cld use it. She never spoke to us on the phone once after our amazing day. This caused a lot of communication probs. I would phone, but she would only respond by email. Her design skills are less than desirable and she offered us a refund. But she didn’t give the appropriate refund. I wrote a letter, I left a voice message but she didn’t respond. In fact, she sent a letter that basically said «eff you». She then said in an email she did want to come to a compromise and would call when she got back from Australia. My husband said she won’t call, and he was right. This has left a dark cloud on my ‘ok’ wedding photos. No customer service, disrespectful. And all it would have taken is a 15 min phone call to make amends. She is a wedding photographer. It is a shame someone dealing with one of the most important days of our lives, would sour it with such poor customer service. If you’re thinking of using her, shop around.
This was our experience. This woman should not be a wedding photog. My opinion.
