Mid range price for a coffeehouse. I came here when the mall just open and there was no line up. I sat down and the barista delivered my flat white straight to me. Great service. Flat white had late art — pretty. It was a tad too hot so the milk was slightly burnt.

It is no joke, 50 cents for a glass of tap water at Cross Iron Mills location! I get it if I didn’t purchase anything but I did. Shame on you!!! It’s a bad google review for you Second Cup and I won’t be getting my drinks from you.

At first glance, this place seems like a decent coffee shop. Once you see the line(not) moving, smell inside, talk to an employee, or taste your drink, however, «decent» no longer applies. Lattes are poorly made. As in, it may as well be out of a vending machine with its cardboard foam. I highly doubt they are trained how to make espresso or froth milk. Employees are inattentive at best and rude at worst. I agree with Sapna — even if they paid me to go here, I would lie and say I had to be somewhere.

Absolutely terrible. There was a short line and it still took over 10 minutes to to make two lattes. One cup was only half full and tasted burnt. Do not wast your time or money at this location. Too bad I can’t leave zero stars.

This place is a total gong show. I made the mistake of taking a trip to CrossIron Mills on the weekend and it was stupid packed. I desperately needed a caffeine jolt and got in line at Second Cup. Twenty minutes later(SO not joking) I was served(not well). It took another 10 minutes for me to get my drink in hand, which happened to be luke warm. Mmmm delish… NOT. My experience here was memorable but for all the wrong reasons. Even if you paid me to go back, I’d hit ya with a «HELLLNO».

I stopped into Second Cup for a cup o’joe. The woman working didn’t seem to happy and rushed my order. There hot drinks cost $ 4.60 for a large, the cold ones $ 4.90 for a large. It cost me $ 2 for a medium coffee and it didn’t seem fresh. This café is small but does have a bit of a cozy feel to it. I wasn’t impressed with the quality of service or of my coffee at Second cup. I won’t go out of my way to go here.
