I was initially off put by our wait. We had made reservations, arrived on time, but still had to wait. I figured i wouldn’t get caught up on that since it was new years eve and they were probably experiencing a bigger rush than usual. The meal to follow was great and worth the wait. PROs — Good food: I had a very tasty and original duck & fig pizza topped with sliced potato. I’m not 100% sure if all the ingredients but I consider myself very picky when it comes to pizza. This one had a combination of flavors and textures that did not disappoint — Friendly staff: Our waitress was attentive and very enthusiastic — Nice ambiance: I remember Giorgios as having a more rustic look. This one looked very modern. The layout made it a bit more private — Every à la carte order comes with a cappuccino. I’m not usually one to order a cappuccino after a meal but the warm drink with a side of chocolate shavings made a great dinner sublime. CONs — Pricey: it follows the typical BYOW strategy of adding a few more dollars onto each plate because A) you feel like you saved on the wine B) Wine lowers inhibitions. Plates range from 17 – 28. Or maybe you are still paying for the cappuccino. — Bruscetta was a 6⁄10. Passable but poorly executed. It looked/tasted more like repurposed garlic bread.

Clients fidèles de Giorgio à Rosemère, il est toujours agréable d’y retourner. Personnel aimable et attentifs à nos désirs, choix de menus variés et abordables. Durant la belle saison, la terrasse extérieure est toujours très animée.
