The best wood oven pizza I’ve ever had, fresh ingredients, delicious sauce and stingy mozzarella, tucked away in Rothesay, NB. Complemented with awesome microbrews — a hidden gem.

Despite trying many different places in many different cities, I’ve never found quality wood fired pizza like Pomodori anywhere else in North America. Healthy local products with very short wait times(pizzas cook in about five minutes). The special pizzas and gelato regularly rotate with unique options.

Nice spot to pickup a pizza. Very affordable, great customer appreciation program and a focus on local ingredients. Docking it a star for the bland interior and sometimes bored high school kids parking your pizza but overall, a great addition to the valley.

Exceptional pizza, exceptional service. A pretty valuable asset to Rothesay that I hope is still around next time I visit home(likely not for another two years) I was pleasantly surprised the first time I ate here — I knew my friends at home wouldn’t have juiced this place up so much if it wasn’t as good as it gets, but I was still surprised that it was this good. Like I’ve mentioned in other reviews, I really like places where people give a shit — and the staff here give a shit. No indifference, no going through the motions, just some real people happy to make great pizza and provide rad service. Thank you Pomodori for filling a void in Rothesay. I’ll see you next time I’m hanging with my mom.

A gem of a pizzeria in Rothesay ! They have fire roasted thin-crust pizzas. My favourite part is watching the pizzas emerge from the fiery depths of the wood-heated oven. The whole place smells like fresh pizza dough. They have many different types of pizzas, or you can create your own. The pizzas are reasonably priced, ranging between $ 8-$ 15 including tax. Although each pizza is fairly large and overflows from the side of a large plate, I would recommend ordering your own for two reasons, a) they’re delicious and you will not be inclined to share and b) they are just about the thinnest pizzas I have ever had and as such, they are not very filling. The décor is full of light and spacious. This is no old cramped pizza parlour. The modern furniture, high ceilings, and wall of windows, give this place a chic urban vibe. All the emmenities of an old Italian brick oven combined with contemporary style.

From: Pomodori: artisan pizza in Rothesay It’s nice to have a high-end pizza place available. We had the«supremo» and BBQ chicken pizzas and the supremo was excellent, the BBQ chicken not so much. Slightly cold, cafeteria style interiour cools the enjoyment a bit. Otherwise, excellent. 4 out of 5 stars.
