The worst service we’ve had in years, anywhere, in a half-full restaurant. We were seated after a ten-minute wait, and to make a very long story short, an hour later still didn’t have our food. Our server basically kept alibi-iking it as an explanation, but went for long periods without checking on us or updating us on orders and took long enough in the first place to set the order. Then when half of us utterly had to bail out due to exhaustion, they couldn’t produce to-go containers, at which point there was a «discussion» about what parts of the bill we were responsible for. For the two dishes we did eat, seriously overpriced for average quality is the short version. Just a real killjoy of an experience; avoid at all costs. I don’t give out a lot of one-star reviews but when I do they’re intended as warnings to my fellow Unilocalers. Ye are warned.

This is the tale of two visits. We stopped in for a late dinner and had a simple awful meal. Cheese plate which advertised a selection of local cheese was essentially a white cheddar and a yellow cheddar, both of which were blah. Waiter completely forgot my son’s order and it took easily 20 minutes longer than it should to get our food. Very disappointing. On the flip side, breakfast was very satisfying but after all, how do you mess up breakfast. My suggestion would be to find some place else to eat if you have the time as this place was a big disappointment. Even if it was a hotel pub.

Fairly typical hotel restaurant, with a decent selection of comfort food, attentive waiters, and a modest selection of beers. The main thing about this place is the large amount of space. The bar area and lounge in front can fit a couple of dozen people at least, and there’s an even larger sit-down area in back. Overall, perfectly dependable, as is to be expected of a large-hotel restaurant.
