Bebe Depot Plus

I placed my baby registry with this store even though it was far away from me, friends and family mostly because they assured me that everyone would be able to order from the website and there are many shipping options. Here are the issues that I encountered with them:
–Most guests had a lot of problems ordering from the website, they also lost an order from a family member which I had to personally hunt down the invoice to be able to get it (really embarrassing).
–There was an order that did not go through but my friend was only informed after the baby shower.
–The last straw was when I went to return an item from my baby shower because I had received 2 of the same things and they refused to take it because they tags were removed from the clothing (which I think is normal when you give a gift to someone). I just wanted to exchange it for something else and they would not help me. I have never received such bad service or seen strange exchange policies in my life and I regret and will never do business with them again.
Warning: If you ever buy a gift for someone at this store make sure you keep all the tags and packaging on them in case your friend/​family needs to exchange them as they won’t take it back!!!
