Jan-Pro Cleaning System

The franchisee covering our Montréal office was reliable but he also «adopted» items that he thought were garbage. When we contacted Jan-​Pro, they told us the franchisee thought it was a shame that we were throwing these items out. WE WEREN’T!!! We were packing them for shipping! When the franchisee returned the following night, he didn’t follow the strict instructions that we had given, he threw out a bunch of good boxes and, most importantly, he only brought back about 70% of the items he had «adopted».
Do not use these guys! Use a company that hires and pays their own employees for whom they are responsible for, not one that signs on questionnable franchisees that they can wash their hands of should a situation arise.
