In March of 2014, I went dogsledding here. It was an exhilarating and fun experience. My partner was apprehensive and at first stated that she wasn’t going, but then reconsidered and sat on the sled. I moshed with another female. The dogs understand French. I mean after all the we were in Quebec. At first like Patrick S. said it did make me a little sad seeing all the dogs outside in the cold and chained up. All the dogs get really excited when they find out they’re going for a run, it’s like they’re going on a field trip! I had made a partial reservation since I didn’t know exactly what our plans would be and how long it would take for travel time. My dates did change once, but I kept in constant communication with the staff who were super friendly and accommodating. When we showed up, 2 or 3 sleds were getting ready to go. Two teams were families– kids and parents and the other team was either a couple or friends. We told them we were there to dogsled and they got some dogs together for a ride. Since we got there after everyone else, we quickly got our gear on– boots, etc., which they provided at no extra cost. We settled up cost wise at the end. We thought that her riding in the sled would have been cheaper than moshing/driving, but it was the same price. Driving was really fun and I didn’t want to switch off. LOL. I would absolutely love to return to go dogsledding here. The trails are well maintained and offer beautiful scenery. The dogs are lovable and playful. The staff is welcoming and friendly. There are a multitude of other things to do on the property besides dogsledding. The property is quite large. Additionally, compared to other dogsledding companies in the area– this place was the most affordable and the people were the nicest. Two thumbs up!

I went there on December 23rd last year. The chenil is very close to Quebec City but better to drive there for sure. The place is really nice! It was all covered with snow. We arrived in the morning looking forward to it. The dogs were super hyped! We were three people and had another couple join us there and a guide. The guide took us to one of the tracks they have. The trip was Awesome! The dogs were going really fast at first but then the pace went down a little. After the tour there is also the option to see the puppies they have which are adorable! Definitely a fantastic trip! Cannot wait to dog sled again!

Incredible experience(for someone that didn’t grow up around this sort of thing)! At first it’s a little sad to see all the dogs chained to their houses in a big field but they all seem so happy and excited to go for a run. The guides quickly showed us what to do and we were off dog sledding before we knew it. The trail starts out pretty tame but quickly beauty ensues. The hour long trip was amazing both in unique experience and winter vistas.

My fourteen-year-old son and I went dog sledding on Sunday. Indescribable scenery and experience; as close to magical as you can get. Bruno was an excellent guide. We did the half day. In the middle you come upon a large teepee with a wood-burning stove and hot chocolate inside – a perfect time to warm the toes. Couldn’t recommend this experience enough.

Had an incredible experience here on a one hour dog sledding excursion with a party of four. Our guide, Jessie, was wonderful and really passionate about her profession and the dogs, which I’m happy to report are all well cared for. The dogs get really excited when it’s time to start the outing and it was amazing to watch them run through the beautiful trails. We were expecting to have a great time but we had an even better experience than we could have imagined. Highly recommend if you’re curious about dog sledding ot looking for an amazing winter activity. The one hour excursion was the perfect amount of time.
