Ouf! Mauvais service à la clientèle! Au moment de la commande on nous avise que les trios né sont pas valides en week end et qu’il faudra payer un supplément, euuu .le repas… La soupe est une soupe en boîte!!! Beurk… Au prix indiquées la soupe maison est de mise… Sans parler du sandwich… Ou est la viande? Et merci pour le 3 $ d’extra pour avoir place celui-​ci dans 2 assiettes

Coffee was strong which I like. No english menu. I shared a panini with my sister and the waitress served it pre cut on two separate plates with a nice salad and dressing.

Endroit fort sympathique mais les prix un peu élevé. Tout est facturé à part. Ce qui fait qu’en bout de ligne la facture est un peu élevé
Quand même belle place pour relaxer.

I came to Cosi Café with my fiancé for a coffee and to catch some Wi-fi’s in the air.
I had heard of this place from an add in the paper and wanted to check it out. There were lovely pastries, breads, macaroons, the place smelled great.
We ordered some coffees and inquired about re-​fills, the guy behind the counter was rude and asked me if I knew of any places that served re-​fills, I said across the street, I guess they thought I was a tourist or something but I’m not coming here again. He just made us feel uncomfortable. We sat upstairs and can see the view of Mont Saint Sauveur ski hill light up at night. There were modern chandeliers and art on the walls. I gave two stars because the coffee was okay.
Big mistake you should stress customer satisfaction it goes a long way.
