Soya Nova Tofu

To all my vegan friends and anyone who is obsessed with amazing tofu… check out soya nova from Saltspring, it will ferment you with perma-​joy!
You can sometimes get it in Vancouver at specialty or organic shops (I know Spud delivery has some of their products), but if you are ever visiting Saltspring Island, you should check out their full range of products and stock your self up with some local totally fresh tasting white pillows of goodness. The dill and smoked tofu are my faves, but you also have to try their «Zed Spread», its this crazy spread that is one of the yummiest vegan pâté’s I have ever tried… it sort of a chili meets sundried tomato, roasted carrots and caramelized onions, and fresh basil spread. Every time I go to Saltspring I hit up the Country Grocer and nab some… one for the road and one to take home.
