I rent about 20x a year in Toronto based only on lowest price, no loyalty — I’ve been using Enterprise Sarnia for my past 3 Christmas visits based on this, but still each year the staff have been exceptional (even with different staff annually).. . always pleasant, professional and flexible on minor things that other companies would nitpick over, which is what has motivated me to write this. (If only the Toronto rental co’s were so easy to work with.) This year it was Rob and Nick that helped me out, very positive, nice guys with can-do attitude. [BTW, Enterprise is not usually cheapest in Toronto, but actually this weekend at airport is $ 38 for a Fusion for 3 days, I hope it continues — be great if ‘in-town’ could come close to that?] Keep up guys! — Barry B H.
