Crazy Nails

Fantastic place ! Wish they did biogel but my shellac was 25 bucks and they did a great job considering I was a walk-​in !

Went to get my nails done for the first time at Crazy Nails and was excepting good things after reading the reviews. I was not disappointed. It wasn’t busy when I got there and was seen right away. The woman doing my nails was very gentle and took her time doing my nails. I will definitely be back :)

I love this place. I went here because a friend recommended them. Instantly greeted by the staff upon walking in. Everyone is super friendly and extremely patient –esp when you want to pick the perfect nail colour. They even let you sample it on your nail prior to making your final decision and reassure you that it is alright even when you feel embarrassed and apologize. You can tell they take their time filing your nails exactly how you want, and ask for satisfaction affirmation.
I got a shellac manicure for $ 25, and they took off my previous shellac as well and allowed me to soak my nails in acetone for a less abrasive removal (other places don’t always do this, they may use the electronic filer drill that is super harsh on nails aka at Nails for You at Bridlewood mall. don’t go there)
Also it is $ 35 for regular mani+pedi though I didn’t get one but readers would prob like to know.
I live at the north end of scarborough but will traverse here because of the quality of service. They offer a week guarantee of satisfaction as well in case of chipping/​scratching. I went back once when I felt a few nails were getting dull on the second day and they had no problem applying 2 more top coats for me upon request.
The friendliness of this place has made me realize how garbage other places can treat you, those other places being less welcoming and more expensive too (honestly read my other review for a comparison of service that you should NEVER get).
ask for Reena or Kim, but I think theyre all pretty great.

After living in Scarborough for most of my life and moving downtown I realized that there are only a few places that can do an amazing job with my nails while providing amazing customer service. Crazy nails is one of these places
The staff are incredibly funny and are willing to engage in conversation as well as off you suggestions on what to do.
I’ve always been impressed with the skill and talent all of the staff have exhibited.
The prices are extremely reasonable. I was able to do a refill (acrylic) with colour, and replace 3 nails for $ 25. They also offer you to come back within 2 weeks if a nail breaks /​damage no extra cost. So they have a guarantee of service.
Currently they are under construction (as with everything in Toronto) so don’t be alarmed with the less than appealing exterior.
Overall great service and great staff!

Crazy Nails is super close to my house which is great. My mother in-​law use to frequent the place and recommended it.
I wish it had the nice chairs to sit in with a proper footbath but they don’t.
$ 35 for a mani/​pedi can’t go wrong with that.
