Good selection of fabrics and sewing supplies, but unfortunately that’s about as good as it gets. Sale reps aren’t very familiar with all their products. I’ve received some poor recommendations which turned to waste. Awful return policy of 7 days. No store manager after 4:30 pm. You can’t leave messages or email anyone. Poor customer service is how I’d summarize this place.

I just bought the vip card for this store, the student price is cheaper but is only I only have few months left. I think they had a event for 30+ year celebration. so I got many discount on my fabrics. It is really good deal for me.

The location of this store is a huge problem. You can’t make a left turn when travelling North on Warden because of the median and if you’re travelling south the entrance is obscured because it’s on an incline and you risk being rear ended by the motorists speeding south coming off the 401. And good luck exiting the store with the cars and trucks flying over the hill! Why they would choose a store with such a problematic location is beyond me. Cheap rent I guess. Go to the Eglington and Warden location instead. It may save you an accident.

If you love sewing, fabrics and crafts this is a wonderful place to find it. It is difficult to locate fabric stores as sewing is decreasing in popularity. They have an expansive selection, great sales and helpful staff that clearly love to sew. This location is a bit tricky to get into unless you are traveling south on Warden. There is ample parking but not the best entrance for those with mobility challenges. I purchased all my draperies and rods from here and they had the best selection for the quality and price. Watch for the sales and if you become an annual member the deals are even better. Enjoy this wonderful store full of creative possibilities.
