To be honest I am never this harsh when I review as i believe there is some positive take away out of every experience however in this case I was downright disgusted by how was I was treated and my overall experience at THIS particular location I only came in to exchange some c-powered pre-pump I am a newbie when it comes to taking any supplements and on the advice of a personal trainer I trust I made the purchase last week. Personal rule of mine before ingesting anything new is to research it to death after doing a thorough online search and talking to the health professionals in my family I realized it wasn’t for me. This isn’t to say it’s a bad product I jus didn’t like the potential side effects it could cause in my body. I walk into the store and advises the sales person I would like to return the product — that began the Canadian version of the Spanish Inquisition. I wasn’t sure why I was being peppered with questions as it CLEARLY states on the back of the receipt provided that the product is unused and sealed accompanied by a clear copy of the receipt they have a no hassle return policy within 30 days of purchase. After deflecting and partially answering questions to a complete stranger which made me feel uncomfortable and actually quite annoyed the salesperson(who looked at least 50 and didn’t go to the gym period) proceeded to process my return. During the 7 minute process I was assured that ’ I don’t have to return the product cause it’s safe’ and ’ I could exchange it for a product that I wanted’ and ‘how could I not want to use this’ repeatedly. When I thought this experience couldn’t possibly get any worse… she didn’t want to give my receipt and asked me to write the reason for my wanting to return the product. Please keep in mind there was no field on that particular receipt for any of this so I really didn’t get it at all. But really who doesn’t get a receipt for an exchange OR get get keep the original receipt? I have never heard of such a practice. Period. Overall I know I wouldn’t be going back to this location ever. The service(or lack thereof) the pressure tactics where unnecessary. With that in mind this is the first time on #yelp I will be #blacklisting a store hopefully it’s the last
