It’s okay, and the shipping service is amazing. I got everything in three days, all okay. They said it would take about a week but I got it quicker, so I’m thankful for that.

This is not about this specific store, but the policy of this store. Guess does not repair broken items, such as bags, nor do they provide warranty for the product. My $ 129 dollar purse’s zipper broke and the lining is ruined after I zipped it up one day with a full bag. I did not forcefully close the bag, but the bag wasn’t empty either. I was extremely disappointed when I called STC location and the manager told me there was NOTHING i could do about it. First off, to buy a purse that isnt cheap for the zipper to easily rip off is just faulty. Second, to not provide the tools to fix it is just pathetic. The rip happened two months after purchasing it. My advice, do not buy their bags!!!
