So I’ll be giving this place a 4.5, rounded up to 5.
I called and booked an appointment with Lani. I arrived and was seated immediately. This salon is run by Lani and Gloria and is quite «home-​y» on the inside.
Lani asked what I wanted and I showed her a picture. She asked about some specifics and started cutting away with precision and skill. You can tell that Lani is very experienced and genuine when it comes to cutting hair, I left satisfied and happy. She stated that many asian salons thin out your hair too much (which is entirely true), so Lani takes extra care to ensure this does not happen. I may not be returning as the location is a bit far for me, but definitely a good experience.
Paid $ 25 + tips, I would recommend Lani to anyone looking for quality and personable service.

I went to this hair salon based on prior reviews and boy was I not let down. The service here is amazing, and reasonably priced.
When I went in I met this wonderful female named Lani. Very easy to talk too, and very kind and caring. Halfway into my haircut I had realized I had forgotten my bag at a restaurant, and she insisted that I go get it since I couldn’t get in contact with the restaurant.
After I had finished my haircut she even recorded the details of my hairstyle which I’m extremely impressed with. As this is the first salon to actually make a genuine attempt to remember my haircut so that if requested I could get the exact or near exact same one.
Trust me I have been to too many different hair salons to count, but this place beats each and every one of them, even the ones which charged more than double the amount this place charged.

I never EVER write reviews but for this spot I had too.
Lani (sp?) wanted none of the credit but WOW. They really took care of me. I don’t get my hair done often but I’ll be going here from now on.
I’ve been burned at other salons who listen to what you want done and go ahead and do their own thing… not here.
Friendly service. Lovely atmosphere. Highly recommended.

After a nightmare hair cut last year, I am very afraid to go to a new stylist. Went to this place based on other good reviews and I am so glad I did! Very impressed with the service and the cut I received. I forget the lady’s name but she cut my hair the way I explained it, did not push me to buy products and answered my questions about hair colours. I will go there soon to colour my hair.

Amazing place! One of the friendliest places I’ve ever been, and they do a fantastic job. They’re great at what they do, and have an awesome quaint shop.
