Noël was running the bootcamp class that I attended and the workout really helped work on the muscles that I hardly use! He’s very enthusiastic when hes running the class which is great! The class is 45 mins long but it’s still sufficient enough to break a sweat(it’s really depends on how hard you work). It consisted of running the track ladders, jumping through hurdles, some weight training focusing mostly on core and legs with some arms and some basic exercises using your own body weight. Some of the exercises required some good balance too like the«good morning squat». The gym itself was very clean, lots of open space, and the equipment are all in pretty good condition. There is plenty of parking on site and the change rooms are very clean with plenty of lockers for you to store your stuff. Make sure you bring your own lock! The only downside is that there is no water fountain so be sure to bring your own water. Overall, a fairly good workout. If you’re looking to boost your cardio/endurance, this might not be the class for you. I find that this is better for people who wants to tone up.
