I’m updating my last review to add that the customer service at this location is appalling. There’s at least 7 women working in there today. They are running around like chickens without heads. They are getting snappy with customers when it’s their own inefficiencies that are causing long line ups, mixed up orders and slow service. When I asked for a sleeve I was rudely told that it was in front of the single cash that was crowded with people. When I asked for ketchup I was ignored by the same lady and had to ask another lady who was already busy trying to find the owner of the sandwich she had just made. My French vanilla cup is half drink, quarter foam and a quarter empty… My hash browns are over fried and cold. What am I paying this company for? The food is already subpar. But I thought I was supposed to get bang for my buck and decent, quick service? Not only does this place need to be expanded/relocated but the employees need re-training on quality service
