Troy Transportation Moving and Storage

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a moving company. Rude and impatient with the building logistics. Handled my belongings with no care whatsoever and completely overpriced with extra charges. Do not use them for any type of moving at all. You will run the risk of bad customer service and broken goods.

Do I have to give a star??? This company agreed to move me from Calgary to Vancouver in 3 days as per our written contract? I was stressed out immensely as it took OVER 3 WEEKS! I honestly thought I lost everything and when I would call their head office in Ontario asking where all my things were they would get mad at me! I later discovered that all my things had been in at least 5 trucks all over Western Canada! Finally they show up to my condo during non-​moving hours as per my buildings condo rules, the by-​laws in town and of course without the elevators being blanketed down after I specifically told them to arrive before 6pm when I had everything arranged. Thank God the condo building manager made an exception for me after seeing me crying.
To top it off my leather couch was scratched clear across the top cushions and my shelving unit was cracked!
I honestly don’t know how this poor excuse for a company stays in business! I have found there is a class-​action lawsuit pending against these horrible people from all over Canada.
Do yourself a favor and remember NEVER USE Troy Transportation!!!
