Champ Burger

Very tasty Burger. Not greasy and fresh bun. Nice spot. They get pricey with bacon ND cheese but otherwise a good Burger break.

Burgers are tasty. Fries well fried. Milkshakes run a bit sweet. Good stop for food. Clean family atmosphere with picnic tables, outdoor patio, and booths in the interior.

Bacon cheese burger camp combo was absolutely delicious. Large moist burger patty and a perfectly sized bun to go with it. Definitely a place to stop on the way to the cottage or as a destination.

Just your run of the mill burger joint. The food was standard, pretty good burger a bit on the dry side. I got the Champ Burger, which came with fries and a drink for around 10.00. The place had a lot of seating but there is a big crowd, be prepared for that.
The staff was okay, they weren’t overly friendly but not exactly rude. Somewhere in the middle.
And in the end, nothing that really sticks out about this place. There is nothing special about Champ Burger.

Perfectly average. I was hoping that there would be something just a bit unique or special. Had just a burger and it was just ok. Not bad, not awesome.

On our way to the cottage we decided to grab a burger. The question is always champ burger vs Super burger?
Two champ combos later I can say the burger itself was great. The fries were a bit stale, and the onion rings were average. The burger itself kept falling out of the bun however it was good.
Service was quick, even with a line and the restaurant was clean. Nothing fancy just a burger joint with the burger you are craving.

We stumbled into this place by chance.
We were camping and saw this joint on our way back. Like other reviews, we were stuck between Super Or Champ burger (next to each other). We wanted to try Super Burger because of the retro TTC streetcar, however we had my dog with us. Super Burger had Picnic bench but Champ Burger had a patio where my dog was allowed.
As for food, we went for their signature Champ burger combo with gravy (really good, it was made with chicken fat). They were really with their portion because I couldn’t finish my combo. They do have a Junior Champ burger.
The décor is similar to Lick’s.

We were deciding between here and Superburger next door.
I got the Banquet Burger, bacon, 6oz patty, cheese, all the toppings I want.
Although driver thru took a little while (10 mins) it was very worth it .
The Fries are excellent. Crispy on the outside, and soft on the inside.
