Great little place with friendly staff. ! Lots of selection in beers, scotch, etc. Great place for taking the family for lunch or appies, including the little ones until 9pm. Good specials nightly. Live music on weekends, some really talented acts. Best part is quiz night on Thursdays at 8:15 pm. Highly recommend.

One good server, bad owner with crappy attitude, usually in the corner drinkin. 2⁄10 on the food. Dive bar. Occasional good live entertainment, but you gotta put up with the rest of the place

This place is neglected and sad. Poor draught selection and uninspiring menu. If you like hanging out in an outdated basement environment with a bunch of sad looking men then yes, go to Oscars.

I can’t believe I haven’t done a review yet on Oscars! I love this place. It has an authentic English pub feel to it — unpretentious and down to earth. The food is fantastic — try the fries at least! The service is prompt and friendly. You almost expect at some point for someone to yell out«Norm!» :) If you are a lover of Scotch, the owner is very knowledgable and helpful when making your selections.

A nice neighbourhood English pub for Sherwood Park. Regular clientele. Has 4 tv screens. Decore has pub feel. Booths and tables with chairs. Good place for darts. Clubhouse sandwich was huge but processed meats not fresh turkey. Beef dip was small unfortunately and on a hamburger bun and soggy. But salads were good. Wild rice soup was good but almost all of the rice was not wild. Waitress unfortunately couldn’t wait to leave us, just patronizing and impatient, off to talk with other staff or surf internet… 40 ish gal with full figure and long hair in ponytail. We prefer the gal with the short hair. They do have happy hour and wifi. Full 20 oz pints. So all in all good enough for me… cause really it’s all about the beer!

A bunch of us came in here on Saturday night for karaōke. and the game. Alot of fun for sure. Great variety of beers and great bar fare. We all had Nachos and Chicken wings, the usual snacks to go with beer. Service is great, and the guys all loved the big screen for sports, to watch the hockey game… Truly a great English Pub.

Oscar’s is a friendly British Pub where they remember your name, and the service is great. I enjoy their food and recommend the Ruben. Also, their fries are terrific.

Oscar’s is a cool little pub in Sherwood Park — a town that really lacks cool pubs. If you’re in the Park and want to venture out to a place that isn’t a cookie cutter chain establishment and serves more than Canadian and Kokanee, this is your place. It’s your standard British pub, with good beer, sports always on TV and a noise level that promotes conversation. It’s a good place for the soccer crowd to hang out at. I watched the World Cup Final with friends there and it was a good atmosphere. Of course its a great place for a pint and a hockey game too. I haven’t had too much on the menu, but what is most memorable is their deep fried dill pickle spears. I thought they sounded gross, but they are actually really awesome. Just let them cool off before you take a bite — they are hot! They have a trivia night on Thursdays, which I attended once and was pretty fun. They also have a selection of single-malt scotches, but I’m a beer drinker, so I haven’t had any. The staff was always really friendly and the owners are always kicking around.

Oscar’s is a nice little«authentic» British pub and the HQ of the Sherwood Park Chicken Wings Society, of which I am an occasional member. It’s a fun and comfortable place to hang out with friends for a pint, pub grub and some darts. I’ve had many memorable(and reasonably sober) experiences here over the years.
