A few months back I had a customer who was staying at the Best Western Emerald Isle, in Sidney B. C, she was here to deliver a speech at a conference and she forgot to bring her black jacket…
She asked me where she could purchase one and I recommended Marmalade Tart… when I saw her a couple of hours later I asked her how she made out and she told me this story.
She was telling Geraldine how she had 4 other black jackets at home and the last thing she needed was another black jacket
Geraldine told her to take the jacket and wear it for her presentation and bring it back the next day and she would have it dry cleaned.
Now if that isn’t customer service I ask you What is.
Since I heard that story I am only too happy to recommend the shop and I know not only will the customers be shown the very latest that fashion has to offer, they will be pampered.
